We paid $400 to have our daughter attend Class A+ Driving school. The entire process took almost a year. Getting her scheduled was very difficult as their voicemail is full and their office is never staffed. This has been the worst experience with a local company. They don't return calls or email. It has taken over a year to get my daughter scheduled for her sessions - *****, the owner, is very difficult to work with. We were informed after meeting every requirement, class and in-car session. They have not been able to supply the certificate of completion and informed us that my daughter has to retake the entire course with in-cars and everything again. From the beginning The driving school has not been able to supply the driving certificate and will not give us an answer as to why - only that she has to repeat every class. Her portal shows she has completed, passed every driving class and in car session. Because of Class A is not able to complete the service we paid for - we would like a refund which has been denied by the company.
