I would give RUR negative stars if I could. It is a horrible place. It is supposed to be a place of healing and support instead it is a place of fraud and pure HELL . I would not send my worse enemy to this place. They only care about money. I really don’t know how they are still open. There is 18 people living in a 3 bedroom house right now. They make sure they squeeze as much as they can they don’t care how uncomfortable you are. The violate HIPA all the time. The “counselors are under 25 years old and they are just CDCA’ s which means they got 40 hours of training. There may have been one real counselor there. You don’t learn anything that will help you. You literally sit in a room for 9 hours a day and read from packets that have nothing to do with everyday life because the “counselors” don’t know anything because they only went to school for two months and they are only 23 years old. If you don’t have any problems then they tell you to make up a substance abuse problem so they are able to fraudulently bill your insurance. They want nothing more then you to have problems so they can make money off of you. They are very money hungry.. You will be sent to jail if you say you want to go home. They say the program is individualized but IT IS NOT!!!! You will be there for at least 90 days if not longer!! It is a cookie cutter program everyone gets treated the same. If you want true help please do not go here!! These people only care about getting people in here and stuffing you in a tiny house with 19 other people so they can charge your insurance thousands and thousands of dollars!!! I You never get to talk to a doctor. They think they are all medical professionals. They are not they all have very little education. I feel so bad for the staff they do not know what they are doing they think reading from a packet for 9 hours a day 6 days a week is going to help someone. it makes me laugh a lot! go get a education!!
