Slightly above average pricing, the sales *************** was delightful. Once I signed that contract though everything changed. No communication at all, I woke up to 8 guys removing shingles from my roof at 7am with no warning, roof went on in one day, they didn't replace some of the osb that was rotten like they were suppose to. Next day the sofit and facia workers came out they smoked and left cigarette butts all over my property, they also never spoke to me about much of anything unless I approached them about certain things, they ripped off old sofit that had nothing underneath exposing my attic to animals and left it uncovered over night so I had to cover the holes with cardboard myself to avoid having birds or squirrels in my attic. They left pop cans and didn't get the job done by the time they had informed me so I had to take another day off work, they left screws and nails and gutter pieces on my lawn and I have a kid who can crawl and walk and shouldn't be outside now because of that, not to mention a s**** in my driveway that could have popped a tire, they broke my exterior can light trim but they said they would replace that soon. I explained to my salesman **** who I assumed was a great guy, all he cared about was the money, he didn't even acknowledge the issues I had other than getting the light trim replaced and getting the check. That's all he cared about. None of my concerns were acknowledged and we didn't get any detailed examples of the paint or anything used so my gutters are darker black than my roof which looks off.. they left cardboard boxes full of sofit in my yard for days and caused multiple patches of grass to die, so my yard looks terrible now. I was without gutters for days because they tore them off without replacing them for days and caused over an inch of water to pool against my house during a storm. I want everyone to hear the truth because there are many untrue statements in this review and its very misleading. It is quite evident that communication with our Sales Representative **** began on March 8th, 2022. With weeks worth of prompt communication and handling project details, as well as financial details including providing lending sources available to you. Numerous text message communications between you and the Sales Rep on all details. Including project notifications and start dates. You claim you were not ******** of the start date. Communication logs show the Sales Rep ******** you on June 17th, 2022 and confirms with you of the start date on Monday June 20th, 2022. You had confirmed with clear understanding of the following Monday project begin. Monday June 20th, as promised our roofing crew arrives at 7:05 am. Upon arrival the jobsite supervisor did attempt to make contact with you by knocking on the door. You nor anyone else came to the door to acknowledge. Our roofing crew did in fact install a quality roof in the same day. You had claimed that there were rotten sheeting covered over. It is documented with pictures in your project album, ***********) that were supplied to you for you to follow along the process, that there were multiple sheets of OSB that were replaced prior to the metal roof installation. Tuesday June 21st, 2022 soffit and fascia crew arrives to begin the installation as communicated. The crew also communicated with you soon after arrival. That project had been completed on Thursday June 23rd, 2022. On Friday June 24th, 2022 You had indicated and said to the Sales Rep that "water pooled on my back patio because the slab is not level" We also never communicated that gutters would be installed in the same week. However, did notify you that it would be on June 27th or 28th on gutter installation. On Tuesday June 28th, 2022 gutters were installed. You were ******** of it being different installers. They also tried to let you know of their arrival by knocking on the door with no answer. This is a 3 phase project. We tore off multiple layers of shingles, replaced rotted decking, installed metal, installed soffit and fascia and gutters and completed it within 7 business days. Once finished we even came back for a final walk around and inspection. We are a weather driven company and can't do anything about unpredicted weather. Also, we received no down payment on project and didn't request any funds until the project was completed as stated on the contract.
