1 starTerrible costume service and internet provider. We've had MULTIPLE issues with equipment failing and signal. We've had technicians install outdated equipment or wrong equipment. We've had multiple phone calls into the business and never received any call backs. We have an issue nearly every month with our internet signal and/or equipment for the last 6 months. Whenever you do finally get to talk to somebody after waiting on hold for a very long time, they can never give you any straight answers and they always push you to someone else in the department. 1 starDon't bother reaching out to us Watch Communication! We are done with your service. Your organization does not care! Your service operators do not care! I will say the technicians have been nice to deal with. Hopefully after your technician arrives tomorrow to fix our service (only took two weeks to get out here), we are cancelling our service. Check our account and you will see the number of complaints! Do not recommend! We are switching to ********. Would rather pay more then deal with this company and the way they treat customers. 1 starif i could give it 0 stars i would.absolute joke of a company, if you wanna pay 125+ a month for service that works 50% of the time its being used. and when it does work its the bare minimum. been saying they are going to upgrade towers near to make the connection stronger. been 3 years and nothing yet! shake my **** head. feel free to waste your money aswell.Review fromHarry M

This company is just awful to use. Unfortunately they somehow have a monopoly in areas making them the only available service. We pay $120 a month for service that constantly goes out. We call them and they send out a tech. The tech will say the issue is fixed and then about a hour later we are calling them again. Sometimes we don't have Internet for entire weeks. They can't get it fixed and offer no compensation for the hassle. But you better not miss your payment otherwise it shuts off without hesitation. We have people that need Internet for medical devices and they can't even properly utilize it. The isp solution is to send out a hotspot box, which has a data limit. So you don't get the speeds you pay for and you only have Internet for x amount of data. While your Internet is actually working we get roughly a tenth of the speed we pay for except for when we call and ask why it's being throttled. Which they swear they do not throttle the speed. This company deserves a zero star if it was possible but sadly it's not.WATCH Communications

I had horrible service. I even upgraded to better service and then while streaming movies, it would be slow and then spiral. I have since cancelled my service. When cancelling my service, I was told when I cancelled that had I cancelled at a great time because I wouldn't owe anything. A month after cancelling my service I received a bill for $2.84. I tried paying it online but since it is below the $5.00 limit I had to send a check. I sent a check on August 20th. I made a copy of the check and it still has not been cashed. It is now a month later and I have received another notice that I still owe $2.84. I called customer service and they said well it must have got lost in the mail and now they want me to send them another check.WATCH Communications

Our records indicate that a $5.00 web payment was made on September 18 as well. You are correct that our website does not accept credit card payments for less than $5.00. Rating should be 0. They need to put themselves on an improvement program where they do not bill for their internet service when it goes out daily. Right now they blanket bill you for a month but go without service for 5 days a month. When it does work it’s not the connection speed you pay for. When you call and try to rectify after 3hrs, they act like 60-80% of the connection speed is good. Does that mean only paying 70% of my bill is OK? No . I consider this stealing and I’m sure we are not the only family they’re stealing from.WATCH Communications

Horrible service from customer service down to the tech they all lie. Been with out service for days now. Was told my account is being credited. Crediting the account does not fix the problem. Someone needs to phyically go out and fix it. NOT SIT behind a computer after being out 5 days now and expect it to fix it self. It just gets worse all the time. Stay away look for other options!Excuses excuses they blame it on a storm we had a month ago.WATCH Communications

The tower you are connected to is currently experiencing degraded service issues. This issue was brought to our attention on August 10, and our network team has been working to resolve the problem since. Currently, we do not have an estimated time of resolution, however, at this time the service is only being affected for customers on accept point four. That is the access point you are attached to. 1 starIf I could give -5 stars I would. Long wait times for lech support, their people have no problem lying to you and increased prices. We were without internet service for 6 weeks while they were switching out equipment for supposedly faster internet speeds. We were promised things and lied too so many times and then only received a $38 credit for everything they put us through. Up until now we had no other choices but now we do and watch has been cancelled at our house and our new carrier is wonderful. If you have any other viable choice than Watch seriously consider the other choice.Review fromJessica F

1 starThe issue is for people that ACTUALLY use internet. Watch steaming services, work from home, ring doorbell. My sales person was a liar! If my internet service ran below 86% or the service was out, i would automatically get a bill credit. Wow! amazing! LIES! Anytime you call CS, The first thing you hear are the outages. I go down mid Dec, We arent getting a signal so we have to send out a tech. Day 4 still out, Tech cant find anything wrong. My husband drives by the tower and IT IS LAYING ON THE GROUND!! I get a LTE router box in the mail, no instructions just plug it in. Even worse!! Uses a ******** cell tower to make a wifi hotspot. THE WORST Call them again, well this is all they have, ok will i get reduced bill since I cant really use the internet now? NO because this dumb box is actually l $200 regularly! OMG. Ok, whatever. Fast forward to mid January. Internet is out. Call tech support, come to find out it has a data ******** have used it in 2 weeks. ***** says I am apart of the ******* outage they will raise the cap but I will have to call when it goes out so that they can raise it. Week later goes by and we have reached the cap again. I call back, get told they can only raise it once a month. Ok, can I get a bill credit for the remaining days. I will have to forward that the Super. Left a VM that they are trying to find out about the tower, if there is a long time plan & call back. No call back, No bill credit. Feb 1st, internet restarts. Lasted until last night the 20th. Call again. Tech guy sends me to a supervisor because they are the only ones that can approve the increase. **** the supervisor gets on the phone and is instantly hostile. No Hi, how are you tells me the only way they will raise my cap is if I pay $117 a month!!!! Absolutely not! I can get the exact same data cap from ****** net for $65 a month. He said well good, go with that then, anything else? no good bye AND HUNG UP ON ME!
