Fourth Generation was hired to tear off existing roof and install metal roof. was a week late from agreed starting date. stripped existing roof off and did not cover exposed roof over night. at around 2:30 am it started raining heavy and there were numerous leaks in the house, ruining several tile ceilings. no excuse offered other than they didn't think it would rain. was quoted the new roof would be on in two days. had to call several times to see if they were coming to install the roof. Arrival times were always after 10:00 am took around two weeks to get roof on and then when moving inside house to fix ceilings i {**** ********} asked *** ****** if he knew how to install the square ceiling tiles which he said yes. within a couple weeks the tiles started sagging. i {**** ******** did not contact *** ****** about this problem but took down the tiles he had installed improperly and reinstalled them. i did call to let *** ****** know there is a leak in the new metal roof, discussed with him that i thought maybe the leak was from around a chimney area. was told he would be out that week. two weeks later i called again about the leak, was told he thought nis helper had been out and that we would be out sometime that week. to my knowledge nobody has been out to check on the leak.
