    I ordered four 5 gallon buckets and gamma lids. The shipping ended up costing more than the product. I called to cancel the order right away. The second lady I spoke to told me she would check to see if the order had shipped. She came back to tell me she could not reach anyone and that I could refuse the product when it arrived. When I asked about the shipping cost she said I would still be on the hook for that. I asked to speak to someone else to see what could be done. Faith Feathers then spoke to me. I found her to be the most unprofessional non-customer service related person I have ever spoken to. She told me, "These are your charges. You made the error as this was on your invoice since you ordered online. You had to have seen the charges. Since this is your error, not ours, you must pay." I asked to speak to someone else and she told me "There is no one else". I told her that a shipping charge of $75 for 5 buckets did not seem reasonable to me. To which she told me "I don't know what to tell you. You ordered them. The cost of shipping was on your invoice" I told her that I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me and that I chose this company based on what I read about them being a Christian American company. I asked for a reduction on shipping or if there was a different solution they could offer me as I was very dissatisfied with my purchase and experience. She stated that there was nothing that they could do as it was my error. I told her that I felt that it appears that they have misleading business practices as the email I received stated I should call immediately to cancel. Then when calling they are not able to tell me if it was shipped out or not. Also, the email states that shipping charges are just "estimates". I told her I would be declining the charges on my credit card and contacting BBB. She told me to do that as the complaint would come to her anyway and as she stated it was my fault. Horrible company. I will tell everyone I know.

    ******* ***** placed an internet order with our company on 4/22/22 at 12:23 am. The shipping charge was included in the order total and was listed on the order acknowledgement she received, this is not a charge that was added at a later time. Our sales agents processed the order at 7:18 am on 4/22. This customer called at 4:56pm on 4/22 and requested to cancel the order. By this time, the order had already shipped and had a UPS tracking number assigned to it. Customer service advised the customer that we would accept return on the order, or she could refuse delivery on the order, but since the order had already shipped, she is still responsible for the associated shipping charges. We advise customers who place internet orders that orders process quickly and may not be able to be cancelled. The message reads on internet order acknowledgement as follows: This message is to confirm that we've received your order and are processing it now. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. Please be advised that orders can process and be shipped out very quickly depending on when the order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 800-809-4217 ASAP and we can try to get the order cancelled before it processes and ships out. Please do not email any order cancellations. ******* called to cancel this order over 15 hours after it had been placed online. We had already processed and shipped the order. We understand when customers change their minds or need to cancel an order or return, and we will accommodate this request when we can. We can allow returns and waive any restocking fees in situations like this, but once an order has been given to a shipping carrier, these are charges that cannot be reversed. The freight carriers do not credit these charges.
