    I contacted this business to have plumbing issues in my downstairs bath repaired. I needed pipes repaired, bathtub braced and toilet replaced. When they came in for the estimate, I added the upstairs half bath as well since the walls would be have to be opened for plumbing and the shower had been turned off due to leaking.I was disappointed that I did not get to pick out any of the fixtures or flooring, and they were all inexpensive. I would have paid more for better quality. The primary contractor that was assigned to me would work for a few hours, then disappear stretching the renovation out for months. Eventually he just disappeared. I had to call the home office several times to have work finished, which they did come out but it just took so long. This process started almost two years ago and I just had a "final" repair done to the shower upstairs, it would only run hot or cold. After their repair I noticed a long water stain on my downstairs bedroom ceiling. The shower had not been sealed and water had run under the shower stall and into my room. Closer inspection by me discovered that NOTHING had been sealed that was installed. I give up! I bought sealant and am going to do the work myself. While I am grateful for the bigger issues that were taken care of, I am very disappointed in this company. I paid a lot of money for sloppy and/or unfinished work.
