    I purchased a 2007 ****** frontier from Lisbon auto sales at the total cost of ******** after the down payment of *****. Left a Balance as stated on the contract of ********. I have paid a total of ***** dollars so far and noticed the remaining balance did not seem right. I went to Lisbon auto sales on 08-12-24 and spoke to ****** who runs the place and she said there is a 24.9 percent interest rate. I never knew anything about an interest rate nor do I see it on my paperwork. I asked her to show me where is says that and she said it says that on my computer I had my contract with me and she could not show me where it says that or where I agreed to that. She said the total balance was ****** and something dollars. No where do I see anything on the contract that says that amount.

    I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.

    I absolutely was not given or ever seen that paper. Which is a violation of the contract  I was most definitely not on my phone when I went there she refused to show me what she had on her computer and def did not give it to me. Almost every number on the contract and what she is saying doesnt add up  and my insurance is good and has been and I can show proof of that if you look at the paper she sent to you it says modified at 628 am I was not there that early and she isnt even open I was not given any signed documents of the contract  I  would like to see the SIGNED paper work where I was shown and agreed to the so called interest rate. Her papers look like they was home made which could altered at any time they dont look like any other contract Ive ever seen.
