I placed an order with postalstuff.com on 10/17/2023 and another order on 3/6/2024. Neither order has been fulfilled to this day. I have contacted the company via phone and email with no response. I was charged 11/24/24 for an order of 2 flex fit hats and a Beenie. I was called and told my order was done and ready to ship, and after Christmas it still had not arrived. I emailed them were I was told it was never charged to my debit card, which is a lie, I confirmed with my bank that it posted 11/25/24. After I finally got ahold of **** he told me he would look into it. Here we are going on 5 months for my money back or product. No phone calls and no emails at all. Honestly if this man is openly stealing people money he should be in jail. This is just ridiculous.Initial Complaint

Order for a hat was placed in January of 2024. At the time of complaint it is February of 2025, still have not received hat. I've called many times and spoke with ****. He said he'd throw in 2 extra hats to make up for the mistake. I've talked to him 4 times since Thanksgiving 2024, each time he stated the hats were done and just needed to go to the ************ Still nothing. I want either my hats or money back. I ordered something from this company on Nov. 24th. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but I still haven't received the items yet. I am a Postmaster, and a couple of the items were a Christmas gift for my clerk.Nobody answers when I call them, and they do not respond back to the emails I've sent.I even asked them to send me a tracking number so I could follow the package, but they haven't done that either.I'm concerned if they are even a legitimate business. I want them to communicate with me on the status of the package. If they aren't going to ship my order to me, then I want my money refunded.For now, I would be content hearing from this company and learning the status of my order. My complaint is I ordered two postal shirts, short sleeves, mediums, like a month ago. And so I received, and then when I received them, they mailed me the wrong size. So then when I called them, they told me to return those shirts and they'll mail me the right size. Because I told them, you know, what size I wanted. And that was over two weeks ago I mailed them back and I paid $34 for two t-shirts because I work at the post office. And I feel like I was getting the run around and I paid $34 for them and I never received and then when I called the two different phone numbers they have, It just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing like nobody's there. And I tried it today, and then I tried it like last week, and I'm getting the same ****. So I either want my shirts or my money back, and I'll get postal shirts from somewhere else. But I didn't like to do this because I do work at a post office, and it's taking forever to get two short-sleeved shirts. And now that it's cold weather, I won't be able to wear them. I'll have to get the long-sleeved shirts.Business Response

Greetings ***** ... Yes all as stated in complaint is correct. The shirts were received and the *****, *****, is that you cut the size tag out of the shirt you tried on ... technically we can not credit that shirt ... it is now damaged and cannot be sold. But fear not ... you will be happy ... We may use a different brand but we will replace both short sleeve shirts, even the damaged one, and send some long-sleeve of our choosing as well ... *****, you should be happy and we appreciate your patience!!Customer Answer

On 12.18.24, I called them, and was able to reach ****. He told me he was ready to put the logo on, and would send 3 better shirts, long sleeve, 2 light blue and one eggplant color.
Since then, I have not received anything.

I purchased 2 hate in March and they ran my card. Still to this day I have gotten no merchandise and no email or phone call back. I did get someone on the phone about 2 months ago and he said he would call me right back and that never happened. Terrible customer service.Initial Complaint

On 5/12/2024 I placed an order through www.postalstuff.com for 4 tee shirts and 2 hats. I received an email asking for the CVC code for my card to complete purchase. The email that I received also stated that they were merging with their sister company ********** ********* LLC. When I sent the CVC code I asked them to send me confirmation that it was received. They did not respond, but on 5/13/2024 my card was charged in the amount of $114.20 by ********** ********* LLC. On 5/31 I asked for a status update on order and never got a response. I have since sent several emails and have not received a response to any of them. I have tried calling the number provided on website for Postalstuff.com and the number on receipt for ********** ********* (same number) and get no answer. Can’t leave a message because it states that voicemail has not been set up. In short, I was charged $114.20 on 5/13 and I have not received items ordered nor any correspondence from company since that date. I have ordered from this company in the past and I know it takes a long time, but my inability to get in contact with anyone or receive a status update is what led me to file this complaint.Initial Complaint
