  Company installed sprinkler system in late fall. They were supposed to come and do a winterization on the system following installation. They continued to call and give excuses as to why they couldn't come out. Finally after freezing weather the owner, Matt said that there was a one year guarantee on the system anD HE WOULD TAKE CARe of any problems in the spring and because it was a new system he said it should be okay. Sure enough when it came to spring the system will not work because a pipe split due to the water and the cold freezing. I called the owner who kept promising to come out but continued to make excuses as to why he could not make it. This began in May. It is 6/29/2022 AND HE STILL HAS NOT SHOWN. He told me one time he could not find the part, a pipe! that had to be replaced. AFter 2 months of back and forth he tried to tell me it really does not fall on him!@!. How so. I paid $$$3800 plus and no working sprinkler system. He has not been professional at all. He left it up to me to contact one of his subcontracters who would never return my call anD then used the excuse that the guy took his money and took off. This subcontracter never replaced a valve that he removed during the process even after promising to return and replace the valve. Now I have to pay a pumber over $300 to replace the valve on my indoor piping, replace the springkler system and replace all the heads on the sprinklers as none were appropriate for my yard. I can't tell you how many promises this company made aNd kept falling back on this 1 year guarantee. I see now that they just keep pushing things out till you no longer have a guarantee. There was some of this at first but after they got their money they really got bad. He came out one time and said it was too wet to fix the pipe and then after not showing many times he told he me still couldn't find the part. There is no pride of business with this company. They don't mind lying and making promises they never intend to keep.
