            Travel Resorts of America is attempting to charge members a Covid Response Fee charge of $79.00 for services after the fact for products and services that weren't provided. None of the TRA campgrounds that I have visited this year have done any more than routine cleaning and have provided no PPEs this year. They haven't done any more cleaning this year than any other time. Employees don't wear PPE's this year. They haven't offered any PPE's this year. Furthermore they are selling more memberships that they have available sites. Over the past two years it has gotten harder to get reservations because there are often no sites available. but when you get to the campground there are many empty campsites. Many of which are reserved for sales.

            Hello, Please keep in mind that the COVID response fee was an optional fee, which we had removed from your account for you. That fee did not just go to the use of PPE. We used that money to help with staffing, providing COVID testing for members that may have come in contact while traveling, supplies for positive members and that needed to quarantine while on property, also the items that you listed. I feel this is a very unfair review as we have always went above and beyond for you every time you have reached out to us. We value you as a member very much and dislike hearing you are unsatisfied with your membership. We do not over sell our properties, please keep in mind that sites are first come first served. We have seen an increase in booking this year, I think everyone is trying to get out and stretch their legs after being cooped up for so long. We would be happy to speak with you about any frustrations you may have. Please, give us a call. Thank you!
