  I purchased an online monthly subscription that I've been trying to cancel for at least two months. They claim there's a link they provide so that you can cancel a subscription. You enter your email address and it states "the email address doesn't match any purchases in this account. Please get in touch with *******************" I did that and sent a screenshot of the reply to no avail. They are a scam that pops up on ******** as a legitimate business. Their admins are located in the US, Philippines, UK and 3 others according to their website. The site is loaded with ************ type photos of students and teachers in classrooms attending to tasks created by this site.

  I paid $997 for a lifetime all curriculums membership two years ago. I went in to access the website to prepare for my classes for this year and my login and password keep saying incorrect. I have not changed either of them . I contacted the company via email and have still not received a response. I called the number listed below and it has been disconnected. This is a pure scam!!!!!

  I have used this subscription for a few years and was a pretty happy customer. However, I have not been able to use the subscription for the past 6 months. It keeps giving an error and asking to update payment information even thou my subscription has been paid until November 2023. I have emailed several times and nobody has solved my situation. The last response I got from them was 4 months ago when it was going to be escalated. I just emailed them again today. I expect not to be charged next year if I decide to renew my subscription. I hope someone from the company sees this review and get back to me. I have recommended this site to many teacher but I'm not sure I could recommend them any longer. I'm still hoping someone can help me with my situation.

  I have emailed them 4 times to try and order their product. No reply. Can't find a phone number to call. I wonder if the company really exist?

  I purchased this membership and after reviewing it for about 1/2 hour realized I made a mistake. Many mistakes were found and lessons were not aligned to NYS standards. I emailed immediately and after a day and a half received an email stating that I will not be refunded because it is a digital subscription. I'm not sure what I could have done with my subscription in half an hour! This is extremely expensive compared to entire curriculum sold on Teachers Pay Teachers. This is a terrible company!

  This customer contacted us to state their dissatisfaction with our product, which is very unfortunate. We have hundreds of happy customers who have not leveled the same complaints as this one. We asked the customer to be more specific about the errors they found, but they did not respond. This is a surprising claim since we recently conducted a full review of all of our lessons to remove any errors there may be. We encourage all of our prospective members to sign up for our free resources so they can evaluate the lessons, as well as download the free curriculum mapping with accompanying CCSS standards to evaluate whether a membership is the right solution for them. We at no point suggest that our materials are aligned with NYS standards. Furthermore, because of the digital nature of our product, it's not possible to provide refunds on new or renewing subscriptions. This is clearly explained in our terms and conditions, which are readily available on our site, concise, and easy to understand.

  I have a different debit card then I had when I bought the subscription last year so I assumed it would not renew without me providing the new card info but I was wrong. I can't afford to renew and because of what all I was asked to do by my district last year, I really didn't get a chance to use it much last year. I called the number that was on my online banking transaction but not a working number. It says you have 48 hours to cancel but you have to do it manually but it doesn't explain how to do it manually. I had forgotten my password so I tried to retrieve it but it never sent me the password reset. I emailed jeff at the geometrycoach email address a couple of times but he has not responded. I really can't afford this so please someone tell me how to manually cancel. Thanks! By the way, I found my password, thinking I would see how to cancel on the website but I don't see it.

  We apologize for your experience *****. MathTeacherCoach is under new ownership. Unfortunately, it is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription 48 hours before the subscription renews, not your understanding of 48 hours after renewal. Our cancelation process is easy and is easy to find under "My Profile" > "Billing"

  I purchased the entire high school curriculum in May to prepare for the next school term early. I was able to login when I first purchased it and that was it. I have emailed repeatedly with no response and I am sick of it. I need to be able to utilize the product I am paying so much for.
