They were good...until they weren't! Oasis Turf and Tree damaged our property. They said that unless we purchased their service to protect us they were not liable for any damages We were never offered this service. We would have most certainly spent the $42 dollars. We are now left with around a thousand dollars in service and repairs. There was no bill left at our property for the service. Once I was finally able to get someone to look into the issue, on my third call, they said the cost for this service an almost 300% increase in price for the same service a year ago. I am left wondering whether they jacked the price up since we complained. As the day wore on, we were informed they did similar damage to our adjoining neighbor's yard.

***** this has been truly an unfortunate situation. It is however important to understand the scope of what happened. The service to mark the invisible fence for the aeration service is part of every call that we give in advance for the service. However we have plenty of customers who effectively mark their own systems with no issues. The cost of the service increased during the winter of 2021 and was outlined in the three separate renewal letters that were sent. The cost and the service is also outlined on your online account and would never be increased as retaliation for communication. We have been very informative throughout this process from your 1st call to the 4th call. After sending your dog running after our technician and yelling he could deal with him, we made the decision to cancel your account. It is also worth noting that we do not care for any properties adjoining your yard.
