    I contacted Joshua from Plummer Powersports via ******** to buy a truck he had for sale for 11,500. It was a **** **** ****. He sent me a video of a truck with no check engine light on and an unbroken windshield. I gave him 200$ to hold the vehicle for me until I could drive to Ohio and complete the sale. When I arrived the vehicle was not as it was represented in the video. The check light was on and the windshield had a crack directly in the view line of the driver. There was no rear view mirror. It also appeared that the vehicle had an after market exhaust system. For these reasons I no longer wanted the vehicle. I also noticed that on the used vehicle order he listed the vehicle as a ***** which is not what was represented in the beginning. I asked for my 200$ back and he said no. He said you owe me for the full price of the vehicle. I said I don't want it because of the issues listed above. He asked me for the key back and left. I was then met with threatening messages via ********. He threatened a lawsuit. He threatened to extort me for more fees. Saying that he would make up storage fees and start charging me. Then sue me for the made up storage fees and the money for the vehicle.

    Yes, the purchase was through Plummer Powersports, LLC. The phone number on file is ###-###-####. I am not asking for any money back. I am just asking that his threatening of lawsuits and extortion of further storage fees end. I see that on ******** marketplace this seller has very bad reviews. All with the same complaint as mine. Basically misrepresenting his vehicles he has for sale. I do not want the vehicle that he misrepresented in the sale. I just don't want any further issues.
