      made a payment on water bill. following month bill came . no disconnect due date 12/10. came shut water off before due date. on 12/2 no notice no warning . charged extra 75 for reconnect. constant problem with there billing. customer service is rude and not helpful.

      Mr. **** was sent a 90 Day Delinquent Notice on 11.10.2024 for $195.34 due by 11.22.2024. Mr. **** also received a monthly bill sent on 11.25.2024 for $259.38 due by 12.10.2024. Mr. **** did make a payment on his account by 11.22.2024 therefore his service was disconnected on 12.2.2024. Mr. **** made a payment of $259.38 on 12.3.2024 after he was disconnected. There is a $75 reconnect fee for delinquent accounts that have been shut off. Our records do not indicate that Mr. **** talked to anyone in our office so we cannot address any rude behavior. None of this is necessary if Mr. **** would make his water service payments timely.
