We signed up for 12 months of service with Pamer. After 4 months, our work schedules changed and we were not able to continue service due to the hours of our jobs and the hours Pamer is open. The contract we signed shows that we will get 12 months worth of service for $6,860. I reached out to them to explain the situation and the basically told us, too bad. They sent me an email showing the breakdown of charges based on individual visits and said that the cost of all of our services was greater that the amount we paid so no refund will be issued. I would agree with this, however, we did not sign up on a per visit basis. We signed up and paid for 12 months of service. We only used 4 of the 12 months and I feel we should be refunded for the 8 unused months. Based on the total amount paid, the service would break down to $571.66 per month. 4 months used equals $2,286.64. 8 months unused would be $4,573.36. This is the amount I would like to see refunded. Also, when we signed up for their services, we were offered financing through **** ******. I have an HSA account that I wanted to use to make payments and was told that this would be no problem. Come to find out, you cannot use an HSA to pay for **** ****** because this is a credit card and requires a bank account. So we ended up having to pay out of pocket. Had we been properly informed, we would have never signed up for their services. Based on the plan of service and the misinformation, I am seeking a refund for the unused 8 months. ($4,573.36)
