    I hired ******** to upgrade my electrical box and we agreed upon a 200 amp panel, nothing he did with the panel was correct. He shut the power off himself breaking part of the meter, He never pulled correct permits, he didn’t contact the electric company, and the panel box wasn’t sitting flush in the wall, He crushed the main power wires that come into the house, and he left the wires in a mess. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing and could have started a fire with the way the wires were split and touching the metal box. I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the mess he left me with.

    We hired ******** **** (**** Construction) to redo our deck. He had us sign a contract put 50% of money down and then he said he could also put our floors inside our house which we already purchased all the material. In the intial deposit which I had a long conversation with him about being taken advantage of he also included 50% of the flooring install even though he had no materials to purchase . I questioned and wanted to make separate but he assured me it would be fine . Then it took 2-3 days for him to start the deck because he had a flat tire then trailer broken axle but finally started.The contract said all jobs would be done by may 20th then he has not finished up a few small things on the deck said he would be there the following monday to do that and start the floors he took the money which we paid in full for the deck because he said it would help him out and he never showed back up. I talked to him by phone and text and he always had an excuse for not coming out . Then he told me that if I needed to he would give me back our $1,500 for the floors and we could hire someone else but he would try to come the next Monday by the next Thursday he never showed and would not answer calls or texts. He said his wife's grandfather passed away and that he was driving to ******* but put on Facebook that he picked up a new motorcycle at that time I knew it was going to be hard for him to give our money back. i have all of his texts stating that he has sent the check out twice but then says he is in no hurry to return it. he said our bank put a hold on our check and I verified with them that it was in his chase account the very next morning that it was written. He is not truthful about much at all. Please help us get our money back we have to hire someone to finish the deck which he was paid in full and hire someone else to do our floors.
