    I saw some water damage in the bedroom but at the time it was small amount and I had no idea how water could be getting in. It got much worse as time went on. I contacted Mid Ohio with my concerns they checked the damage and did not tell me it was being caused by the covers they installed they gave me no answers at all about that. I didn't see most of the damage in the living room until the girl who cleans for me said she couldn't wipe the run marks off the wall on both sides of the big window and there was black along the top of it (black mold) you had to climb up to see it. I don't spend any time in that living room we only use the one downstairs. I have no estimate for fixing all that and painting as of yet. I have had the gutter covers removed and replaced just recently by the company that did the inspection who finally gave me some answers to why water was running in on my ceiling. Which he explains in his inspection results.

    Things went from bad to worse found out my roof is now infested with bugs and wet all along where they took up my shingles to put gutter covers under. So I still havent had them sealed back down even though I  had the covers replaced with a dif style that does not go under the shingles.

    I hired him in 2017, he destroyed the porch roof where his guys stepped on it and put holes through it. he said he would return to fix it but didn't. My roof is now leaking. I talked to him today, and he told me he didn't care who I called. I paid him over $17,000 to put a new roof on the house, and repair wood damage from leaks. His guys didn't replace the wood underlayment on the roof. And added wood to places he should not have, for ex I opened a closet adn found little pieces of wood. The roof is sagging in spots and looks like it is going to cave in. I want it fixed or refund my money. It's going to cost $30,000 to get it repaired.
