    My mom arrived and waited over an hour before seeing a nurse. While we were waiting I plugged in her phone charger and the outlet sparked. The bed sheet looked like they were 20 years old and dingy. The bed didnt lock, and the recliner she was sitting in looked like it was picked up off the street. The charge Rn came in for admission assessment in which my mom told me the RN was very **** and hurt her while doing assessment. We sat for a few hours. No welcome explanation to facility or accommodations. I got feed up waiting and looked for someone to get my mom some lunch. I found the staff hanging out at the nurses station. Food was awful. I had made a call to our care manager to let them know that the facility was a dump and requested to move my mom. However, our care manager breached confidentiality and repeated my comments to the Administrator. The worse part was that the Administrator, **** and social worker marched into my mothers room and shut the door. Again no introductions made to us, I saw each of these individuals sitting in there offices when looking for lunch for my mother. They were unprofessional and aggressive as they stated, We heard you think our place is a dump, where do you want us to transfer your mom. My mom was so scared she decided to stay and try it out. I got multiple calls from her through the night, she waited an hour to use bathroom. She asked for her nightly insulin and pain medication but was told there were no orders and she would have to wait til next morning at ****. She spent all night in pain. By **** she had called the social worker and requested an ***. I arrived my mom was wanted her dressing changed. The Social worker and *** came in the room and told us no to dressing changes and informed us we'd receive a **** for the night. The Charger RN, Social ******* *** and Administrator were awful and need to find a new field of work. Took less than 24 to prove it was a dump. Please **** put your loved ones there.
