On May I received for a pedi and and fill in the pedi was done well I was satisfied after receiving my pedi, I received service from a nail technician which was older guy i never received service from him so I got the service from cause my nail technician was in but sick so he wasn’t doing service that day. So as the nail technician doing service I’m point out thing that I don’t like and he was still working he was buffing my mail to deep to the point where it was burning then I showed him that I should not be able to see when my nail fill in started and finish I was clumps in his acrylic powder and now the clumps on my nail I told him I don’t like them then didn’t look right and I pointed out what I didn’t like and he start being aggressive saying you wanted your nails done and I did them is what he replied then he started to buff and try to take it off and the nail just looked as if it got worse so I told him I’m not satisfied with his service and he replied aggressively I did your nail know u pay me and I replied my nails are not finished nor done correctly I call the person in charge and he look at my nails as if he didn’t see the unfinished job not to mention he was my nail technician that originally do my nail and still recommend that I pay for my unfinished and unsatisfied work and I honestly don’t think that the service I received was fair nor right and to recommend me to pay for this unfinished set and let me walk out like this it was embarrassing unprofessional and rude my nails were horrible and unfinished
