    DO NOT GO HERE... THEY PUT PROMISES IN WRITING AND REFUSE TO HONOR THEM. 8-11-2023 bought a new car, paid additional to have a ***** hitch installed, it's 10-21-2023 I've brought up the promissory note standard at every deal. Dealt with the BBB and the dealership and the dealership refused to honor their promises. I don't know why the complaint isn't showing up on the site as the BBB has said that they understood the outcome wasn't satisfactory but it was all they could do.

    They lured me in with a mailer telling me I had won $5,000. I go there, hoping to get a good deal. After exhausting me with several hours of haranguing and false promises, I gave in and bought an overpriced car. I pretty much had to, since they took away my old car and took away my title and registration for it. I had no other choice. I'm sure that's illegal but I can't prove it. Does anyone regulate car dealers? I thought the car dealership I went to last time was dishonest, but these guys are just plain a strong-arm criminal enterprise. Stay away from ALL the Mathews car dealerships in Marion, OH. I have heard anecdotal evidence that they are ALL run the same way.

    That was a very busy day at the dealership due to a sale event taking place. As a whole our dealership employees try very hard to be aware of all consumer interactions taking place and to be sure the consumer is being treated properly.     I took my Hyundai Elantra to their shop because the EPS light came on. They reset it by disconnecting the battery and told me I needed a new alternator because the one in it had low output. I hadn't had any electrical issues with it but agreed so as to fix the EPS light. A month later, I drove in a heavy rain and the EPS light came back on. They hadn't fixed it at all. While it was in for service they tacked on some ridiculous fees. They charged me $10.00 a quart for ATF and $10.00 labor for pouring in each quart. $100 for 5 quarts of transmission fluid on top of the fee for replacing the transmission shield they said was rusting through. Then they charged me $10.00 for paperwork. It's their paperwork, not mine. They are billing their customers like they're some kind of hospital and it's unacceptable. Stay away from these people.

    I was swindled and billrd for a 100$ fee. I asked for a flex pipe weld estimate. I spoke to 2 different employees on the phone. I spoke to 2 different employees in person at office. I also was in a text conversation with the business. I was never informed there would be a charge for a weld estimate. I asked to speak to the manager *************************. He was very rude, he refused to speak to me in person and tried to bully me on speaker phone to paying him for a service I never asked for or discussed.

    This 'dealership' is for men who pay in cash. I am a woman who was told one trade price and when I spent 2 hours in their mobile dealership was told another. I would just like other women to not have 6 runs of their good credit and not even purchase the vehicle. These are your typical car dealers. The men that give buying a car a BAD name. I highly advise to search for other options.

    Bad place to get a vehicle period.. I am a bilateral amputee an saw a 2014 ****** sienna online low miles everything I needed for my condition an family. My wife an I went to look at it an decided we wanted it. We even paid an extra for the platinum warranty coverage do to my condition not being able to work on vehicles. So after just about a year of have the van the check engine light comes on. I make an appointment to go get it looked at an fixed. They tell me it looks as if someone messed with some wiring on the computer of the vehicle. It's been tampered with. Um I don't have no legs I paid for the warranty so I would have to do any extra work because of my condition. On top of that. It's a ****** they sold me. Along with the warranty. They won't honor the warranty they sold me. 7-22-22. They have not seen the last of me. I will be talking to a lawyer. See someone with no legs coming to purchase a vehicle an offer the platinum warranty coverage an not honor it when needed. I will be getting a lawyer. Thanks
