      If I could give 0 stars I would! Ive been waiting on a claim for 3 months, asked for a call back from a supervisor and nothing. They cant even transfer you to a manager they have to file a complaint themselves. If youre waiting on a check.: good luck on that .. they couldnt accept my direct deposit form because my routing number is blocked and they cant even explain that. How is that possible. What a horrible company.

      Place is a rip off. They have rules in their fine print that are highly relevant to anyone who is using their services to hold money in a *** account. After trying to file a new claim about 2 months after losing my job I was told that I only had a little more than 30 days to do so. So now all the funds that I have saved is basically only good for purchasing supplies from their in app store which is overpriced and at this point in my life has nothing to offer me. My money is more than likely just going to be eaten up by the company in yearly fees. Very displeased with their lack of explaining this. I was only told that the funds would always be available for me to use in the event of a medical emergency.. Very misleading an unprofessional scaming tactic.

      Horribly poor customer service. Everything is handled through an off shore call service. They refuse to give contact information for people who could actually help and if you miss a call from them, you get redirected back to the same general number and start the process all over again. Incredibly frustrating to deal with. They are absolutely NOT a customer service oriented **********************.

      I wish I didn't have to give one star because this company does not deserve it. They deny claims and are terrible with timeliness of processing. Additionally, they are not very helpful on specifying what documentation is needed.

      Unbelievably poor customer service, and really poor service in general. They dropped my dependents from coverage even though I paid on time, and they claim that their reinstatement process can take up to 15 business days. That's almost the entire month. Meanwhile, my dependents' medical expenses are accruing at an alarming rate. Repeated calls to their customer service line yields absolutely no results - that is, if I can even get through. Their automated system drops the call numerous times before a live human being actually answers. It's maddening and this level of service for something so vital should be illegal.

      This is a horrible company to work with they are rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied and was told someone would have to call me back.

      They do not process health insurance renewals in a timely manner as a third party administrator. Their customer service agents lie and indicate it takes 3-5 business days, but over four weeks in and 7 phone calls later, insurance hasnt been processed.This company is a total fraud and should be shut down by the authorities. They took my money immediately. Still not resolved..

      Woe to you if they get your money. Had to get my HSA money transferred there and they said they'd need 7-10 business days to get it in my account, after they've received the funds. Apparently they do things in cash and it takes them a long time to count the dollar bills. If your only choice is an HSA with them, you might want to think twice.

      I had the worse customer serivice I have ever had in my life. After months taking my money only to find out they hadnt put us in for coverage. After working 6 months on trying to get people to help me it was resolved. Everytime I called they said someone would work on it. I had to beg for help. They said they were working on this and nothing happened. I had put alot of emails in their system so I have a trail of what was happening. I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM IF I DIDNT HAVE TO. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE PICK ANOTHER COMPANY.

      No Stars but that was not an option we paid for our ***** on March 22nd. The ***** should start on April 1st. Have had several conversations with this film flam company. They said they sent an urgent email to anthem to expedite the transfer on April 3. Three days after our coverage should continue spoke to ****** today they have not received anything. I asked to resend that urgent request again. Chard Snyder response was that they will take three days for that urgent request to process.. this company needs to be held responsible.

      Chard Snyder is a third-party administrator that provides ***** administrative services on behalf of Mr. ********** former employer. Chard Snyder is not an insurance carrier and does not have access to or control of the records or processes of insurance carriers.  Once Chard sends the ***** election and payment information to the client, Mr. ********** former employer, it is the client that notifies the insurance carrier who activates coverage. Chard does not have control over employer reported qualifying event dates, or automated payments that are sent to the carrier from the former employer. 
      Mrs. ********** plan changed to a single coverage rate due to a qualifying event on March 31, 2024.  Her eligibility was communicated to ****** **** upon payment under the new plan which requires 7 - 14 days to activate coverage.  Due to Mrs. ********** contact with Chard Snyder, an urgent update to activate coverage was sent to Mr. ********** former employer three (3) times from April 1, 2024, through April 10, 2024.   
      Mrs. ******** is active in the Chard Snyder system under her single coverage plan with updated premium rates effective April 1, 2024. And she is paid through April 30, 2024, as of this response. Chard Snyder received confirmation from Mr. ********** former employer today, April 11, 2024 that they had contacted ****** **** and Mrs. ******** should have had no gap in coverage, but beginning April 3, 2024, should be able to obtain coverage and benefit information under her new single coverage plan ID.  Any medical expenses covered by ****** **** will be reimbursed once they activate her new plan back to the effective date of April 1, 2024.
