    From 3/9/2020 to 6/17/21 I paid Asset Financial (Skip H*******) $1875 under the impression that I was repaying a student loan, then I was sent to a collections agency (Diversified Receivables, also associated with Skip H*******) by Asset Financial stating that I needed to pay the remainder of my student loan ($1147.53) in full, so I did. I recently (11/06/24) learned that this loan was never recognized as paid by the ********** ** ********* and I still owe $3000 from the loan that I was "paying" through Asset Financial. I have spent thousands of dollars repaying a loan that was apparently NEVER paid to the ********** ** ********* and will end up having to pay the upwards of $6000 in total because of this.

    Last month I paid my remaining balance due of $423 dollars on my loan payments and they still withdrew my usual automatic payment of $400 this month when it should have been done. I want a full refund plus $50 for the inconvenience of sending my checking account into negative
