03/2022 through 04/2023 As a tenant at East Broadway apartments, there is continued problem with residents on the 3rd floor throwing their used beer bottles and cans on the surrounding areas at the entry of the building for everyone to see. They are aware of what they are doing, have been reported to Management multiple times and they continue to be a nuisance with their garbage. They also leave dirty muddy boots at the mail box for everyone to look at every day as if it is their personal entry way for a mutliple unit building. Multiple reports have been filed about the continued marijuana smoking in the building and is a regular odor. There are also tenants smoking in the building regularly and that has also been reported. There are cigarette butts allover the entryway to the building from tenants disposing of them on the premises inappropriately and the 2nd hand smoke is eminating throughout the air ducts causing issue. RealFin Group has been notified of the problem to which they reply they will send out notices and that has not occurred. They raise rent prices but do not take care of the property or insure contractually agreed to living community standards are met. When Mgmt is contacted for repair, they delay in getting repairs done and try to place blame on the tenant. Another tenant's eviction notice was placed in my apartment and they did not have permission to enter. I am seeking relocation when I am capable of move out and a new apartment is available elsewhere. They are not taking care of their property. Mowing the grass is the only thing they care about. That is not good business practice. I no longer feel comfotable interacting with Mgmt in any way because of the reprecussions I have experienced as a result of asking for routine maintenance repairs that I could not fix myself. The cost does not meet the living environment present at **** ********.
