We are continually overcharged and told there is a credit memo on the way that will resolve the charges. But the overcharges continue to accumulate and I get no response from our account representative. If they can't get the pricing right they should let us out of the contract.Business response

The regional vice president spoke with this customer on 8/27/2021 and confirmed that they are satisfied with the following resolutions: the pricing has been corrected and will be reflected on the next invoice, past due amounts for the current and previous month have been credited, new uniforms are being ordered, and buckets of disinfectant wipes will be provided for their uniform wearers.Customer response

Contract was not provided to me upon signing- no mention of 5 year contract, only monthly minimum which I was fine with. I still do not have a copy of my contract after speaking to a representative. The company is saying that they will work to change the products delivered, however this is not the big issue. The biggest issue is the amount of time the contract is without being told so. Attempted to contact company- I got an invoice for less than what was charged online. This was supposed to get fixed and was not. I got a late notice and had to pay the full amount still. The materials were promised to be cheaper and better quality. They are somewhat cheaper and worse quality than the materials that I was purchasing before. Materials were dropped off and left outside without me present to accept and with no contact and supplies that were needed.Business response

After investigating this I found that Scott S., Service Manager, visited ***** this past Tuesday (8/24) at 2pm. Scott reported that the meeting went well and that ***** seemed satisfied with the outcome with the solutions Scott provided. It appears that meeting took place approximately 24 hours after we received the customer complaint from the BBB. We just called ***** to confirm she is happy with the outcome from Tuesday and asked if there was anything else we could do for her. She stated she is in a good place with Cintas and just wants a copy of the service agreement. Scott will hand deliver it later today confirm again that she is satisfied.
Please let me know if there are any other questions or concerns with this matter. I will update on the BBB website per Patty’s instructions after Scott has delivered the service agreement. Thanks!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
I am not in a good place with the business. My response to Scott this morning. He will ne meeting me today.
Good morning Scott. I have been thinking about this long and hard since we met and even before that. I try to be an extremely reasonable and accepting person. It has helped often with business and professional relationships. But often times it ends with me paying unnecessarily and learning lessons that I still end up forgetting when I decide to trust people that walk through my door again. Two people from cintas came to me, telling me they would solve a problem for me. They would help me and they would help me save money on the products I needed. I would have a mat and I would have a soap dispenser and toilet paper dispenser installed free for these products. I would save money. I was not told there would be a 5 year contract. I was not told this dispenser and mat would have a monthly fee. So here I am about to pay money every month for nothing. I am a one woman run operation. I don't have the money to give to people for nothing. This is not saving me money. This is costing me money. I was given a tablet and asked does what we talked about sound good. And I said yes. Great, they said, sign here. I will not drop my complaint until this contract that I was mislead into is dropped. This is costing me and as you said cintas is not in the business of misleading and driving small businesses out of business. I am going into a meeting that will be done by 1030. I will talk. I will meet with you. But I will not remain in this contract.
Scott has responded that he believes we can come to an understanding that will work for me. But I am afraid that the only thing I will get going into this meeting is being told I must pay 50% of remaining fees of a 5 year contract. Fees which I was also unaware of as I was not given the contract.

Service Manager, Scott S., met with ***** ******** on Friday, August 31st at 1pm. The customer issues with the contract were resolved at that time as ***** signed a new service agreement with Cintas. She stated she was satisfied with the outcome of the meeting and would write a favorable review with the BBB to reflect that.
