    Do Not buy from BECKS auto they're dishonest people especially the finance manager. Remember the salesman does NOT sell you the vehicle. I have NO reason to post this other than to inform you how DISHONEST these people are.please read BBB customer comments.iI ?? you do your homework before you make that mistake.

    Misrepresented the terms of finance and warranty contract. Asked to cancel warranty the day after I purchased the vehicle and still have not received the refund. This has been over 3 months. Multiple calls have been attempted and was told each time that it would take time to get the refund. I was also told the refund could only be applied to the loan.

    ****** - I was just notified today 6/19/2024 from the BBB of your complaint from 4/23/2024. Everything has been taken care of and full refund has been issued. I agree the process took longer than usual. We were at the mercy of the provider when it comes to refunds. Any type of refund when financing a purchase will always go to the lien holder.     Do not buy from this used car dealership. Aziz b*** the owner sold me a lemon. I owned the car for three months. Then the engine blew up. Left me stranded. Doug the finance worker was very rough to deal with. They were no help at all. Stay clear from these people.

    ***** - We do understand you are unhappy due to your engine failing while in North Carolina. I stressed how important it was to protect your investment from mechanical break down. I emailed you all the forms showing where you chose to declined this protection. The vehicle is was in great mechanical condition at the time of delivery. I offer every customer protection options. I cannot stress the importance of these especially on German vehicles. I offered all I could by asking you to bring the vehicle here. I can have the work performed at a fraction of the cost a *** service center is charging. What I couldn't do was offer to pay for the repairs. Where I completely understand your frustration, the vehicle is sold AS-IS. My offer still stands to help with the repairs. Feel free to call me at *************

    Customer is a senior, 90 yrs young. Car was overpriced, but we knew that. The car had a number of scratches on it and we were told that they would have the touch ups done once they get a new detailer/touchup person - current person had just resigned. This was on April 28, 2022 when the car was purchased. Also, the comment to fix scratches/touch *** was listed on her sales receipt. We have called 5-6 times checking to see if a touch person has been found/hired with no success. Calls to management have been put off with comments that the manager would call us back, but never did. After waiting three months, all we want is the touch up paint done on her car as promised. The car is a red 2010 ***** 3.
