              I was harassed by an employee at the Bolivar location, on May 14th around 11:40 am. There was truly no reason for the woman (Pam) to treat me the way she did, in front of others and my young daughter. She also refused to sell us the meal we ordered. I reached out directly to the owners, who apologized, but to date, have not followed up with me. I was told that video footage would be pulled. I began following up on ******'s Corporate, ******** Messenger. Was also apologized to, but have not heard anything back. They told me to file a complaint through website, which I did, and still no response. I have tried to resolve it through all avenues. I am truly upset over the incident and the lack of response to it. Details were provided through Messenger of the entire incident. And with video cameras present, it should have been very easy to validate.
