      On December 17th I place an order with a company (Fat Daddy Meats). They advertised a holiday bundle special for 60% off their standard prices. I placed an order on 12/17/2023 for the Steak and Chicken family bundle. Buy one get one free offer. I followed all site requirements and provided my payment information. The order was processed. I received email confirmation and my account was charged. Yet, I have not received my merchandise and tracking info provided is inaccurate/invalid.

      I purchased the beed chicken and seafood package from fat daddy meat wheb they were in the ashtabula malls parking lot. ufortubately i paid cash so i dont have proof of purchase. But i do still have all the meat. My total was 580. I uave tried to coon 1 of the steaks and piece of chicken. The meat smells spoiled and the testure is of spoiled meat. I tried to contact them and they r fuse to give me a refund. The meat is spoiled.

      have chicken and steak box for 379.99 online and I told them I would order on line and get the price they said they would match it then charged me 479.99 now customer service people are saying that is the correct price and won't back up what their employees told me now they have blocked communication and said a manager would call me and that never happened
