    Steer clear of this place, They are a predatory management. The apartments are definitely not worth what they ask for in rent. I will be contacting BBB, Toledo fair housing, and probably a lawyer and anyone else I can think of. I paid my last month's rent, but they did not apply it to the rent, now I am being threatened with late fees and more.

    Mr. ******** lease is up on July 24th, 2023. He paid his rent on July 3rd, 2023 and there was a late fee that was applied on July 6th, this was due to the 4th of July holiday in which our offices were closed. The late fees are automatically entered. The system also charged a month-to-month fee due to his lease being up prior to the end of the month. When my staff returned to the office on 7/6/2023 all fees and charges were credited back to Mr. Bailey's account. It does not appear that there were any other issues on this account previous to this. Thank you.
