Terrible company. We had TT doors installed in our new house two years ago. One is rotting and the glass is cracked (you cant replace the glass.) Their warranty condition is we will reimburse you $300 if you purchase a new $3000 dollar door. Do not buy doors from this company at all! You will absolutely regret it.

Would not buy again or recommend. Leaking around glass windows in French doors caused my floor to be damaged in my new construction addition and even though Ive jumped through all the hoops and sent video proof, they still wont pay for the damage. Ive been dealing with them for about a year with proof of everything they said I needed and still no accountability. I wouldnt even give them one star after all the problems their leaky door has caused. I wish I had never purchased a product from them, I guess made in *** is meaningless.

It’s a love hate relationship with Therma-Tru and I wish they would step up their game. I am going to list the issues without going into details, but I feel confident that TT will be able to understand considering I cannot be the only profession dealing with these setbacks. — door glazing on flush glazed door is horrible. It does not remove from the glass or fiberglass easily and you are careless with the mess you leave for the customer/contractor — SDL bars not seated properly or adhered go the glass. Too large, uneven, not adhering, skewed —lock rail blocking in Smooth star doors is only 12” tall, meaning when I bore my deadbolt outside the standard 5 1/2” oc, there is not solid material, just foam —you cannot successfully edge bore your doors for lock sets w/o the pvc edge breaking —the glass lite inserts are not seating, in turn resulting in water leaks, awful!! Now while this is only the beginning and mainly with all smooth star doors, I can assure you I am not the only one dealing with these problems. As a professional in the industry over 25 years I can assure you Therma tru quality control does not exist, and clearly does not care about the crap being pushed out the door
