      I dont like the Exchange in Parma Ohio because of there non Exchange polices on over stock item's & they call them selves the Exchange i tried to trade in a few Cd'S today at the Exchange in parma & they would not take them because of a stupid policy that they have or so they say they have of overstock of an item & i find that not fair at all & that they should change there Policy

      Wasted an hour of my life, broke one of my systems during trade in, and had seriously unprofessional staff
