    Patio replacement and side patio addition: Job completed on 8/6/2022 Description of poor scope of work is listed below:Pitched towards the home, water runs into basement window ***** and sits at foundation/concrete pitted and unlevel everywhere and structure was not completed properly (patting down rock/adding wire mesh as stated in contract). Contractor agreed to return and replace the whole job and never returned and has ignored all requests for reimbursement/replacement. Concrete: Per the city inspection, the side and back patio with extension must all be removed and redone with proper use of materials and slope/grade considerations. This includes clean-up of the previous concrete mess i.e., concrete removed from brick siding and metal rails for overhang as well as removing concrete splatter on the fence. Currently the concrete is sloping towards the house,this is causing water to run into the foundation. There are many craters that cause standing water to gather after rainfall due to the poor-quality finish. There was no use of wire mesh prior to pouring the concrete as agreed upon in the contract. Steps: The 3 sets of steps to be installed/ repaired. The front steps were repaired, but the railing was never reinstalled and does not fit due to offset of stone top. The two sets of steps in the rear of the house never got completed. Landscaping and grading: Landscaping projects stated in the contract were done poorly. The spreading of dirt, adding topsoil, and grass seed do not meet expectations. The ground is below grade and not packed down properly. Intoxicated employees: Contractor arrived at jobsite with employees or subcontractors that were heavily Intoxicated.
