On November 1st. I went to the salon for a color and cut. The stylist destroyed my hair and used Bleach in my hair that turned my hair yellow, orange, burgundy and pink. The color ran all over my head. The hair looks like straw and the hair was not colored correctly. The hair color runs in different colors all over my head. My hair is completely destroyed from the stylist that apparently does not have the knowledge how to color correctly. I had instructed the stylist what to do and she said he understood but apparently not. I am a senior citizen and I a partial paralyzed on my face. The color was suppose to be one of a 60 plus lady not to make me look like a barbie on the beach of California. I wanted my gray hair colored and i wanted a a purple in my hair that stood out. My hair was done in foil and not colored to cover my gray and a rinse was put in my hair for 2 minutes and then washed out or what ever she did as I could not see. Instead I now have Bleached hair that made me look like a clown with orange, pink and burgundy rinse . The hair dresser at the end said well the multicolor make a statement? Statement of what shame? The next day the hair was just humiliating to look at what was done to m hair. Documents of the hair disaster were sent to the store.
