    My order was missing the second item from the shipment. When I asked the company to correct, they tried to tell me the item was sent. I have video proof that there is no physical way they would have been able to fit all items in the shipping box. I am wanting my second handleset (Right-Hand side) that I paid a lot of money for and did not receive.

    Unfortunately, the warehouse only shipped 1/2 of your order, while telling us it was shipped in full.  Once we learned of this error, we promplty resolved this issue.  We've also confirmed shipment and receipt of the missing part with our customer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have been assured by the warehouse to take better care on any future shipments.    Thanks again for your order with Sawmill's LocksetsOnly and look forward to your continued business.   SBS
