    The owner showed me no respect once I signed on for my window replacement. No correspondence. I had to contact him about what was happening. Once the work began I can say that the workers awesome. After they left we discovered that they replaced my beloved marble window sills with cheap wood. That I am expected to paint. No one asked if that was okay. What is more disturbing is that my negative review about this issue has been deleted on their website. After my complaint the owner implied that if I wouldn’t have complained he would have replaced the marble (I have the texts). Unless they replace the marble, I will take them to court.

    Job was completed 7/23 and paid in full by check , I then received message from ***** about how great everything turned out ( I have the saved voicemail ). I returned her call the following day and spoke with her to thank her for the business and nothing was mentioned regarding the sills. I was under the impression she had no issues until 3 weeks later and I received a 1 star review of my company about the sills she wasn't happy with. I then sent her a text message stating I didnt deserve a review of that caliber without receiving a call of some kind that she was unhappy with anything. I also stated that if she contacted me ( I left Phone# *** *** **** in case) I would correct any issues she had, like I do with all my customers. I received no return call to discuss the remedy and I continue to receive multiple negative reviews of my company online.  I don't understand the negativity she's put out there against me and still continues to not contact me and spew hate online. Stating that I disrespected her because of where she lives is ridiculous and untrue, and then stating that my installers left a mess in her house is another mistruth that was written in her complaint to the BBB. In her statement it says that if she wouldn't have complained that I would have replaced her sills this is another mistruth (reread the text) , I would gladly have replaced them but she refused to call direct and talk to me and chooses to slander me instead. I have not received a call from her since the day after the initial install and the voicemail of how everything was great.  At this point I will offer a refund of $200.00 to have her sills replaced by another company. This would have never gotten to this point if a simple phone call was made ! ************ just in case you don't have it. ***

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I believe that at this time we need to sever ties and stop the insults. After the job was completed, it was my family who brought to my attention that my marble sills were gone (believe me I am not looking for sympathy but I have had brain surgery and radiation for a brain tumor so I asked them to check out their work). I will never understand why no one told me they were discarding my marble sills. I will admit that I told the owner that his workers were awesome and very hard workers in a text. They were. I have the utmost respect for them. My dispute is only with the owner. By the way, the reason I never responded to the owner’s message is because I blocked him on my phone after his text. All messages go directly to email and I have no idea he called. I am requesting no communication with the owner. And want no resolution.

    Broken seal and saches continue to contact Tom to fix problem but he will not return my call .This has been going on for months now.Windows wont raise up and stay they fall back down.
