              Today my sons were terminated from returning to this childcare facility because I as a parent questioned their care of my child with respect. How can a childcare facility terminate a family for questioning the level of care their facility is providing? This staff is unprofessional, discourteous and lacking in the real reason someone seeks out childcare. Care for a child so that the parent can work. No warning was given, no communication was provided, no resolution was had. I dropped off my child after a doctors appointment and the facility was unable to handle his disappointment at returning. When I stated that I had things I needed to accomplish and felt it was disappointing they were unable to care for my child, their response was okay, tomorrow will be their last day. This response is no different than a tantrum thrown by an irrational child. Do not take your kids to this center if you have any expectation of them truly caring for your children.
