    7/29/16 - 1/7/2022. Atrium Credit Union failed to provide payment history of loan to determine correct payoff date. I asked for full history of payments for the life of the loan, instead they provided copies of some of the payments and copies of my monthly bank statements which showed every loan I ever had, which has nothing to do with this car loan, and other papers they provided showed nothing on the car loan as well. They sent me several pages of junk paperwork, to deter me? I did 3 months of "Holiday Skip-A-Pays." October 2016, November 2017, and October 2019, a total of 6 bi-weekly payments. Therefore 6 bi-weekly payments should have been added on to the end of original loan agreement, originally ending 1/7/2022. Total number of payments should have been 142. They said the 6 skip payments extended the loan by 6 months. BUT, it should have only been approximately 3 months since they are bi-weekly payments. Atrium keeps taking payments and extending my pay off date. As of today, they are still taking bi-weekly payments. I was told history of payments could not be provided because Atrium changed loan companies, and that I/they can no longer get information from the old loan provider. Also I was told the skip payments doubled to 6 months instead of the 3 months I agreed to because the interest equaled a full months payment. Also, Atrium failed to apply payments for my medical leave thru Cuna insurance. Atrium reached out to me to inform me my account was delinquent. This was in late January 2019. Several payments were missed due to Atriums error. I was informed by an Atrium employee that ****** who use to do the job of applying insurance payments, was no longer with Atrium, and no one was given this duty. No one has been able to explain why insurance was still being taken out of my bi-weekly payments and what it covered, when the term of the insurance agreement was for 66 months. Will wait for response to send whatever documents are necessary.
