            I was very skeptical at first ordering from this company. I saw their ads on FB regarding their jeans. Decided to take a chance and order. Well, let me just say I love MOCO Boutique. Their customer service is excellent. The quality of their clothing is decent. And their **** Blue jeans are exactly as they advertise. They are comfortable, extremely flattering, fit fantastically and wear well. I am a sold customer for this company!!!

            Top notch company right here! I love the product I got. I was very unsure about the size I ordered. I really had no hopes they would fit, but I went by the sizing they suggested and it was perfect. And was was VERY fast even at Christmas time!

            I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I think laced an order for 2 pairs of jeans and picked size based on recommendations online for each ****. They fit yes but with a muffin top over the waist NOT the fit I was expecting. On the 1st order I did pay for the redo to be able to return However I placed a second order for different size and style of jeans and planned to return them with first label if they didnt work. Well they told me NO I could ONLY return the order associated with label. Their return policy is terrible I should be able to use one label to return all of the jeans not just the original 2.

            Don't purchase from here! It's a rip-off! They actually charge you to return and then don't honor the request for a return. NO PHONE NUMBER to handle inside issues, like an incorrect address added by an outside source. Very frustrating. They are sticklers for the date they sent a shipment, EVEN if it was to the wrong place! Haven't made a purchase that's fit and I've been satisfied with yet.

            When customers use an option like Shop Pay to auto-populate an address, it may revert to the last used address unless the default address is updated. In this instance, we were able to respond quickly to the customer's request to update the address and ensured the order was shipped to the correct address as requested.

            Love this boutique! Everything ordered from them(which is a lot!!) has been great and sizing has never been an issue. I lost 20 pounds and had to get all new clothes, and MOCO has helped me accomplish that. Sizing is different from retail stores but if you trust their sizing charts you will not be disappointed. Love they have models in all sizes to show the fit as well. I should get a job at ****...they get my check every week anyway!
