  Just want to say this place is hands down the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Bought a work truck off them three years ago. Come to find out if had a blown motor since they insisted we sign papers right away because thats how they were doing thing because Covid. They sold me a 2016 ***** 3500 work truck with a blown motor for over 30k and they got it fixed then 1.5 year later ****** went out they fixed it. And then 60k miles later I try to trade it in there and they offer me 3k for my truck lol they said that was just for the bed. They claimed that it sounded like it was metal on Metal. She didnt know that they are the only ones that works on the motor Worst experience ever

  I tried dealing with two Wyler dealerships online as they advertise. I requested info and heard nothing from one and a line from the other. I asked for the mileage on two 2024 leftovers and was ghosted. I do not believe the online cars actually exist but are just ads from those that have been sold. I went to their Indiana dealership, walked around for ten minutes while two salesmen played on their cell phones. I walked outside, could not find what I was looking for and left. I don't think they knew I was there. I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE. I'd give zero stars if possible.

  Jeff Wyler KIA Fairfield is the rudest people I have ever met. I had used *** online to help get a price for my 2003 Jeep Liberty. I had spent much time and dollars over the past couple years after my wife’s passing getting the car in very good condition. All new suspension, upgraded sound with backup camera and American racing wheels and tires. Many people have told me to enter in local car shows! Due to downsizing I just don’t have room for it anymore and was going to list on internet for sale. The Wyler dealer called ME first thing next morning to see if I could bring it in for a price quote. Set an appointment, got there and the person checked over the car, took pictures and raved about the condition. Had to get it to appraiser to get offer. After an hour plus of sitting there, I asked someone to check on the status. Shortly after someone? Appraiser walked outside and handed the keys to my friend and rudely told her that it was not our cup of tea. Most I could offer was $1000. So, to recap, *** estimate at $2000 for a not semi restored car, YOU call me to engage an offer, impressed employee, an hour of wasted time, capped off by a very rude person I assume was the appraiser. You have many many dealerships but this person is not very good at customer service and is an example of a mis-managed location. All buyers need to be beware of dealing with this location.

  .The dealership in Batavia OH has the worst salesman in the car sales industry! Randy F**** in the used car department is a very rude and unprofessional person. I called about a car on Monday. I made arrangements to see the car on Friday. After multiple attempts to reach Randy by phone throughout the week about questions I had and after leaving a voicemail I never got a response! On Thursday, literally 24 hours before I was supposed to come see the car they raised the price by 8 thousand dollars!!! So I emailed Randy F**** at that point and told him I was no longer interested in coming to see the car. Lol and behold Randy F**** finally responded and just said the car was sold anyway. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Be ware of Jeff wyler and Randy F****.

  Waited over 2 years for a call back from Ben Said they made a catalytic converter claim After they messed my Silverado up with a simple tune up They ran cleansers though my vehicle while on empty Also sent me home on 5 spark plugs, not 6 Beware Ben treated me like a fool and never helped make it right Beware

  Horrible company, I would give them zero stars if i could. We received an email from Wyler to purchase our car for $19,600 Brought it to the dealership in Ft. Wright, to sell 4 days later. They told us the car was in excellent condition but they backed out of their original offer and offered us $16,000. Don't waste your time like i did. They don;t appreciate your time at all,. These guys are truly slimeballs.

  Horrible Experience Had talked over a deal with one kid k believe his name was Dustin. He sent me a car and told me I was getting that very car and before I arrived I sent my deal I made from online so I keep asking to see my contract no then when I got there they switched cars slapped several warranties pulseless braking splash guard and some paint warranty another it was awful this is a bran new car no need for them. I was not at all wanting to buy and the dealer was very pushy telling me I had to buy all of that. The next day I called my husband who happened to be in the hospital looked over my papers told me to return it they took my deal from online did not honor it and in the end I had to finance 38000b!!!!! I have reached out to Honda and I already have issues with Car play and a tire blew why would the do this I emailed my dealer and texted said I was bringing the car back and was told I sighed all kinds of tracts but I want my loan redivided with the discounts I was promised I’m a student I got no discounts nothing

  ( NO STARS EARNED!$ I don't think they should get any stars, I told him the vehicle I wanted to buy and he basically just tried selling me something higher price and running my credit in which I had told him it was bad and I would need a co signer but I had $13,000 from my bank to buy a vehicle that was 10,000 or a little less, so no sell was made and my time was wasted I had to walk out and say hey my family is waiting on me and I have to go and I was aggravated and my brother warned me because they lied to him and he wanted one cheaper and he acted like the vehicle were not there. I won't be back to Jeff Wyler and I will let others know how I was treated.

  I did not purchase a vehicle from them however I went in for a repair and they sold my personal info. My phone number and address are not yours to hand out. I received a letter that SAID it was from Jeff Wyler with there logo. Come to find out from number on the letter was a very rude man that I called was trying to sell a warranty.. He's in Missouri. So some random man has my address and phone number compliments of this dealership! It was signed by a manager AS IF it was from them. I call the number and rude man says. I DONT KNOW ANYONE BY THAT NAME MAM. WHAT? That is DECEPTIVE .... So I call this manager to ask him WHY is HIS name on a letter and its giving a number to call that is out of state? SEVERAL NO RETURN CALLS FROM A N Y of the managers!!!The man by that name never called me back. The info I read said WE DONT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFO which I shouldn't have to worry about. Its not yours and thats BAD BUSINESS....Then DONT SELL IT! That's mine and not yours SO BEWARE. I didn't purchase my car at your dealership. I def dont want nor need a warranty on my used car. SMH...ZERO STARS

  Terrible service. Had an appointment and they didnt work on my car. When I show up they ask if Ill wait for 20 minutes for them to do the recall! I asked what did you do with my car all day? If it only takes 20 minutes then why not do the recall? I have to go a second time to pick up my car. Dont buy or service vehicles from any Jeff Wyler!!!
