      This company has the worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure to deal with. For 2 weeks Ive been trying to get a brand new crossbow serviced. Wait times on their customer service line exceed an hour. They have not communicated with the repair shop they sent me to. $2000 for a crossbow I cant use. This bow has not been fired ****************************************** the scope and they refuse to replace it. They are replacing the cams on a brand new bow. The only response Ive gotten from them are, We are understaffed. In the meantime, I still cant ****.

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor quality of a Wicked Ridge Crossbow I purchased and the inadequate customer service I received from ****************************************************** after purchasing the crossbow from Guidefitter, I discovered that it had defective servings around the main rail and cams. These issues were significant enough that I had no choice but to have the crossbow repaired at a local service center. The repair cost, including labor, was $200an unexpected and unreasonable expense for a brand-new product.Adding to my frustration, I was unable to return the crossbow to Guidefitter, where I purchased it, due to their return policy. This left me stuck with the repair bill. When I contacted TenPoint customer service, they offered to send me three arrows as compensation, which is grossly insufficient in light of the $200 repair cost.I reached out to TenPoint's customer service multiple times, but their response was far from satisfactory. In the past, *** had good experiences with ************ products, which is why this situation is so disappointing. Had I purchased this product from a traditional retailer, I would have been able to return it without any hassle.I am bringing this to the attention of the BBB because this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I believe potential buyers should be aware of the possible quality control issues with Wicked Ridge crossbows and the unsatisfactory customer service I encountered. Customers should be cautious when purchasing from Guidefitter or TenPoint, as they may find themselves burdened with unexpected repair costs and limited options for resolving product defects.I hope that by filing this complaint, TenPoint will be prompted to take responsibility for the issues with their product and improve their customer service policies.
