      Exterior Qualities Home Improvement took my check for half down ($3,575) in June of 2021 and I haven't heard or seen them since. Repeated calls go unanswered. Is there any way to get my money back.?

      On 2/8/18 I signed a contract with thwm to install vinyl siding and new gutters on my home, I was given a 10 year warranty. They have been out numerous times for other problems and all was taken care of now on 4/18/22 I texted and emailed **** ****** about a trim piece that came loose and was blowing in the wind and was damaged and would have to be remade and installed, he responded with an "ok" On 5/9/22 I texted him and told him it had been 3 weeks and I hadn't heard from him, he texted back saying thanks for the reminder and he would be out that week. He never showed. On 6/4/22 He texted he is sorry for the delay and he would put it on his schedule. On 6/9/22 I emailed him just following up with my text from 6/2/22. On 7/5/22 I emailed him and said I had been more than patient and I had to keep climbing a ladder and leaning over bushes to keep taping this piece down on 7/12/22 he texted that he got my email and again apoligized for the delay and said he would be out on 7/27/22. On 7/27/22 he texted me that morning and said he hurt his shoulder and that he would be here tomorrow in the A.M.on 7/28/22. That morning on the 28th I texted to be sure he was coming, he texted back and said his shoulder was a little better and he would either be out that afternoon or in the morning on the 29th. I told him just to wait until 7/29722. I texted him that morning and he told me it was on his stop schedule for that afternoon. He never showed! I texted him again at about 7:30 that night and told him what kind of customer service is that and when could I get a DEFINATE date and I still have not heard back from him

      I had a contract with as attached for a sunroom $121,400.00 and gave them $30,000 deposit two checks attached and I get a full voice mail box. I want a refund of my deposit they have not supplied any goods or services. Thank you.

      Last fall (2021) we had a deck cover built. Right after they were done we let them know about damage to our deck and issues with the roof leaking in multiple spots. They were also supposed to be installing guttersThey came out to look at the leaks and said they would be back to fix it. We have multiple outstanding issues that still need to be resolved. After being pushed off a few times we ended up agreeing that they could come to finish the repairs after winter. I have reached out multiple times. At first they said they would be coming in the spring. But now, after multiple email attempts and phone calls, nobody is getting back to us anymore. I am no longer receiving any replies to emails and their voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. I even tried to reach out to the original sales rep with no response and a full voicemail. The structure leaks in multiple places. And they need to replace the parts of our deck that they damaged. There is maybe 1/4 of our deck that stays dry when it rains, and that was the whole purpose of them building this structure for us. If they are not going to ever get in touch to make the repairs ASAP, we deserve to get some of our money back since I will need to hire another company to finish their bad work.

      We signed a contract with Exterior Quality Home Improvements to build a deck in our back yard on 6/23/21, and gave them check (#****) for half of the job, $7,259. The estimated start date was September 15. Early in September we called for confirmation of the start date. We had trouble receiving return phone calls from manager, ****. Calling the sales person, ***** ******, brought results, the date need to be extended to October. We went to the business address on Airport Hwy and talked with the owner, ******* ******. He confirmed our materials were ordered and would be delivered on October 4. Work would start on the 12th. That is the last time we have been able to speak to anybody affiliated with the company after innumerable phone calls and trips to Airport Hwy. There are no materials sitting around the property on Airport Hwy. and voicemail boxes are full.
