    The apartments are trash and every office person they put in that little *** office. The only thing they keep up with is cutting the grass and the trash that's it. They are horrible with pest control and fixing up ****. All types of insects comes in and they do nothing about it but spray in one little spot. I told them I seen roaches and they gonna say it's called a outside roach like duh I'm not the one having it; fix the problem. Walls are too cheap if you push your finger on it you will see dents that they just repainted over it instead of redoing the whole cheap wall (just cover holes up with paint). Every apartment interior is ****** up and needs remodeling. DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU.(they want to charge you a arm and leg when you work; Bye Felicia) light switches but no lights in living rooms and rooms built in. The pics looks ok but its not really like that. Every unit has mix matching stoves, floors, refrigerators, doors; hell some might dont have doors because they are too lazy to order and fix them. Base boards need super redo (too much old wood).I dont think they care about the roaches, stink bugs, black bugs, rollie pollies, and all types of spiders that enters. Spring is here so get ready new tenants. And I kid you not I seen skinny green snakes in the grass often; look down and search you will see. Maybe do to that stanky little pond they got right there but my child can't even have fun out. (They are real small and just sit there with red long tongues) Maintenance never there to fix anything only when they want to hind the truth for wallick inspections. They are trash and the chick in the office just cut the swings so now the kids can't play. The interior, Maintenance, wash area and play area needs real help. Maybe wallick needs to come visit for inspections more often. Help this fake *** village
