  I have used Richard Miller construction several times on a couple properties. He has always been upfront and honest on every job. His crew is well mannered and polite. I have recommended his company to several people and all have been pleased with the work that was completed. He goes above and beyond.

  I got Richard Miller's information from a trusted friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my other friends or coworkers. Richard and his crew have completed a total roof replacement on my personal home in addition to doing an emergency roof re-shingle for me on a rental property that I own near downtown Cincinnati. Given all the recent rain and severe weather, the roof I inherited from a previous landlord was failing miserably. Richard was able to stop by within 24 hours of the water intrusion, give me an extremely reasonable quote, and start work the following day(!). Throughout the entire process, he was personable, incredibly communicative, and, most importantly, RELIABLE. He sent me text picture updates of the condition of the roof and all repairs and I felt completely confident in his work. Given my experience with other contractors, I know that someone that is this professional, pleasant, and expert is rare, and so Richard and his team have my full trust. This man is a GEM; highly recommended.

  Richard did a roof replacement (total tear off and re-shingle) for my house. The experience was exactly as I would have hoped for. They worked efficiently and got everything completed in a January day, well before sundown. They thoroughly picked up every single nail in the lawn and flower beds. The price was exactly what he quoted me in the estimate. The estimate allowed for replacing any amount of wood that was needed at my expense. That's something that dishonest contractors can take advantage of, as it's essentially a blank check, but he did not take advantage of it at all. He said nothing needed to be replaced, so he didn't replace anything. As of now, my roof looks great! If I ever need a roof again, I'll call him for sure. (But hopefully I won't need it!)

  We originally hired Richard to replace the roof on a home we were buying. Our house was 100 years old and still had the original wood shingle roof under several other roofs. He and his crew were able to demo all of it and rebuild our roof in a day and a half. They showed up when they said they would and they got the job done well. Richard also saved us when a plaster/drywall contractor left us high and dry days before we were to move in. I texted Richard for a reference because we were new to the area and didn’t know anyone and I knew he did good work based on his work on our roof. He came through and found someone to finish the job within a day. What the other contractor couldn’t do in 3 weeks, Richard got done at the same time he came over to sign the contract. We are forever grateful to him and would recommend him to anyone.

  Richard and his crew did an Awesome job. We couldn’t be more happier our roof looks great. He showed up when he said he would ,they finished it in a timely manner and cleaned everything up and left it just like they found it. His crew were very hard workers.   Richard helped me to get my Roof replaced he met with my adjuster a couple of times he did a excellent job replacing my roof and gutter’s did what I wanted him to and added something’s replaced my roof in a day I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

  Richard replaced the roof on a house we recently purchased. He and his crew were extremely professional, he communicated very well, and the price was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to ask him to do work in the future, and would warmly recommend his services to anyone.
