    In early August, **** and his crew moved our household from Gambier, Ohio to Boston, Mass. After we agreed to use his services, **** came to our house to assess the volume of our belongings. We designated a date for our move, and **** and his crew arrived at the appointed time with a 26-foot U-Haul truck. They were able to fit everything into the truck except for our two bicycles. I had not told **** I planned to move the bikes, but had counted on there being room for them, since he had told us that we would not nearly fill the truck. But to accommodate us, he made a return trip to our house with a trailer, and packed the bikes in it. All packed and ready to leave for the East Coast, **** realized that there was a mechanical problem with the truck. He called U-Haul and arranged for a different truck, which required re-packing the entire load in a new truck. Nevertheless, he arrived at our condo in Boston at the scheduled time. **** and his crew were careful and thoughtful in their handling of our possessions, and **** was friendly and communicative throughout the moving process. It's obvious he cares about his clients and does all he can to ensure a safe and smooth moving process. -***** ******, *********, Mass.*
