      This business preyed upon my elderly mentally ill mother by luring her to there store with a phony mail in prize. She already had a late model vehicle fully paid for under factory warranty. When they got done with her she was in debt for $650 a month for seven years with a vehicle that was no better than the one she already had. Unfortunately I found out the next day after it was too late and she had no clue what she had signed. In her words, the numbers were "staggering". She has no money and no concept of what they had done to her. I took her back to the dealership to plead with them to undo this mess and got told to pound sand.

      Ms. ****** purchased a vehicle and  chose to take cash back from her free and clear trade vehicle instead of applying it as equity.  This was explained in great detail to both parties.

      I am rejecting this response because: My mother is mentally ill which I explained to the manager Nate who did not care nor did he offer any solution or compromise whatsoever.  They took advantage of a mentally ill little old lady pure and simple and they know it and have no remorse.  They are criminals.

      I purchased a vehicle from Matthews Chrysler Jeep ram in Mount Vernon Ohio, on October 2 the vehicle came with a one month warranty, it has been in the shop three different times, the first time it was in the shop because tire light and check engine light was on, they fixed one problem but the check engine light was still on,.. I called the service department they told me to bring the car back in so they can check it out, the car was at the car for a whole week they said that they put it on their dialysis and couldn’t fix the problem there because my car is not a Chrysler product, they told me they would set me up with an appointment at the Kia dealership in Masfield,.. told me they be in touch with me never heard from them for two weeks, I called them back they told me that they would set me up with another appointment at the Newark Kia dealership, and that’s been two weeks ago, never heard from them, never got either appointment,…

      I purchased a car from this car lot almost 3 months ago since then I’ve had it into service three times they still continue to not fix the problem but charge me for my deductible

      *** ****** purchased his car in May of this year and it has been in a couple of times for repairs which his warranty took care of, minus the deductible. Apparently the check engine light is on again and he came in here cursing at everyone and causing a scene. We will no longer service his vehicle.  His warranty will be honored at other CDJR stores.
