I had product delivered from Royalton supply on 6/13/2023 when the dump truck driver Charlie struck the gutter edge, destroying the gutter miter and lifting the gutters which I believe messed up the pitch so it won’t drain properly. It also tore a corner of the shingle and bent the flashing from the dump bed striking it. Charlie who was “a roofer for 18 years” per the manager Doug did come out the same day to fix the damages he did but did so in the rain so the repair leaked. I then called Doug and advised him that I would like a company to come and make the repair so if there is issues there is someone to come back on, after some debate and Doug coming out a gentleman who went by “Billy the gutter guy” contacted me and said he would do said repairs. There was an extreme delay and when I asked if he worked for a company he cut almost all contact until I complained back to Doug. He came to do said repairs and repiched the gutter but did not fix the flashing or single shingle as Doug claims “we didn’t do all that damage”. After said company came out the repair is still leaking, and have left several messages for Frank who I was told the owner to call me to make repairs and said I would send images of the original damage, both repairs that were fault, and the ring video of the incident and cannot get a response. We are now at one month with no proper resolution.
