      Red Roof advertised full hot breakfast fast internet and great rooms. In reality the breakfast had carbs only. Bread bagel cereal. Flies in dining room and funny smell. No muffins no eggs nothing hot ..after day three they even took away the orange juice to sub watered down apple juice. The chubby kid working front desk takes phone off hook to make his food at breakfast area daily. Internet so slow you can't check email. When I paid for room it took ten seconds for them to take 1650 from my account. Returns however take 7 business days. Waste of money.

      Phone in rooms noy working. And said laundry available yet this sign posted for entire 28 day stay

      I reserved to room ahead of the stream on 08/04/2024 both of the rooms are filthy cigar rappers under beds really bad stains on covers and sheets tubs were so nasty not clean microwave was dirty bathroom had no tissue in them ,I had to go to the store and by bleach and disaffected spray and disinfectant wipes to spray and wipe down both rooms because I had not only myself but my elderly mother and a new born grandson that had to come with us also,along with my cleaning supplies I had to buy had to buy 3 blankets to lay on top of so scared to lay on them nasty covers I had to rooms room #*** and #*** it's real sad to not be able to be comfortable during a time of a storm coming my money is already limited but do to we needed to leave our home worst experience ever from Red Roof Inn in *********** *** on hospitality way. ******** Location I paid for the two rooms with my card but the rooms were put in my mom's name for the senior discount

      Staying at this hotel and it is beyond disgusting. Toilet paper hanging looked like it had been dipped in pee. Food in the sink. Dust and mold everywhere. Went to use the laundry room and the machines are disgusting. They have a vending machine where everything in it has been eaten by a rat. THEY EVEN HAVE A RAP TRAP IN THE VENDING MACHINE. Complained to the staff with no solution no change of room and I had to go buy toilet paper because that wasn’t even offered after I showed pictures of the hanging roll.

      I’ve stay at red roof in ******* **, I just want to mention how horrible it was to actually stay there. I almost had to be hospitalized from extreme heat. They had no working air conditioner. Called hotel staff I was informed then that the maintenance worker wouldn’t be able to fix the ac till the next day! Was left to sweat to the point of almost passing out! Also there was a horrendous smell inside my room! Refrigerator barely got cold. There was food roaches mice in room. I’m honestly so overwhelmed with everything. It was a horrible experience! Please do better for your guests! Thank you ******

      I booked a Red Roof Inn in ********, ** on January 11, 2024 in order to attend a country music concert July 26-28, 2024, and received a confirmation email with an estimated total of $399 for two nights. When we arrived at the location yesterday, we discovered that the property had been sold to ******* Inn and Suites, and they had no record of our reservation being transferred. The hotel was booked along with every other hotel in ******** because of the concert. They said there was nothing they could do. I called the 1-800 number for the Red Roof Inn and was told there was nothing they could do either. I was never informed that the property had sold or that my reservation would not be honored, so my sister and I were stranded in ********, ** with no place to stay. It should be illegal to operate a hotel in this manner. Neither hotel accepted any responsibility. There were several other people in the lobby with the same issue of not being notified of the change, and as a result, had nowhere to stay for the two day concert. I would never book a Red Roof Inn reservation again.

      Yes. On 7)12/2024 I paid for two nights. When I got there and pulled back the sheets, there were blood, seman and fecal stains in the bed along with an over turned astray lying in the sheets. I complained that wasn't acceptable. The front desk said they would send some one. They never did. Finally the front desk said the only thing that they could do was supply me with new sheets and once I got those and attempted to make up the bed (I'm elderly and disabled) I noticed I then also needed a bed cover. Had to hobble back downstairs on my bad foot to get it. I told them it was all unacceptable and that I needed a refund. They refused. Feeling helpless I just wanted to then take a bath. The water wouldn't come on. I told the front desk and they moved me from the larger room I'd paid for into a much smaller room which was filthy as well. The first room was number 240. The second room was smaller was room 241. They charged me for a much higher rate than the room I had reserved that I had been switched to. They stated the rooms were the same size and they absolutely were not. At that point I left feeling very ill from being exposed to such filth. I went to the hospital where they admitted me. ******* ****** ** hospital. I called guest relations and management and they have refused a refund for me. My claim is for two separate charges covering 7/12/2024 for 1st room and 2nd room. Please help me and thank you for taking the time to read this

      The issue is the hotel has over charged people and owner doesn’t respond or never handles business in a timely fashion it’s been almost two weeks and still no hasn’t responded back about refunds due to individuals at hotel that was randomly charged after we already been paid for our stay

      I chose this hotel due to its affordable rate, primarily needing the room for sleeping purposes. Upon arrival, my guest and I quickly settled in, dropping off our luggage, and then headed out to attend the event that brought us to ********. We stopped by the room a few times, but our stays were brief, and we didn't even lay on the beds. After the event, we returned to the hotel around 3 am, exhausted and looking forward to some rest. However, our relaxation was short-lived, as we discovered bloodstains on one of the bed sheets. Uncertain whether the stains were old or fresh, we decided to err on the side of caution ( since blood stains are technically considered bio hazard) and requested a fresh pair of sheets from the front desk. The worker's hostile response caught us off guard. Rather than apologizing or offering a solution, he accused us of ruining the sheets and claimed there were no clean replacements available in the entire hotel. When we asked to speak to a manager or someone in a higher position, he threatened to withhold our $100 deposit, implying that we would be penalized for complaining. He even went so far as to give us a card with the manager's name blocked out, suggesting we couldn't even contact them directly. The worker's repeated suggestion that we leave if we weren't satisfied only added to our frustration. I was left feeling highly disturbed and upset by the way we were treated. Never in my travel experiences have I encountered such disrespect and unprofessionalism. As a result, I will not be returning to this hotel nor recommending it to anyone. The principle of customer service seems to be sorely lacking in this establishment, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

      Red roof promises a points rewards program of 10 points per dollar. And if you anccumulate 8500 you can use it on a free night equaling undetermined monetary value or also choice of GIFT CARDS WITH MONETARY VALUE. With promotions for the summer that I’ve utilized at least twice , which were also not received. I anlso used a night that never got used bc the front desk did not use the reservation with my free night annd I was denied the free night and only received a one night reservation which I paid for. I was told to spend more of my points if I have enough to get a free night and then contact red roof to correct the mistake so they can award the 8500 points back. They assured me just wait it could be an undetermined amount of time….- seemingly to make it extremely confusing to keep track of the rewards they claim I “received” they also add points and then deduct them claiming they are “not my points” they “made a mistake” and they deduct them….. I was also aupppsed to be credited and the night of the call to correct the issue they said wait 24 hours… when I looked it said my account that was at positive 4,xxx points when I looked after they claimed to correct they deducted more points making my account negative 3,xxx points and then rewarded the correction….. so I did not actually get the free night back bc they made it so I didn’t have enough points to get the free night by placing my account in negatives. the app and point system has been more of a scam. The more I spend I do not ever receive the points.. some nights none at all when it promises I will. They “stole” more points from my account and claimed they took them bc it was a mistake. I’ve stayed over 5 separate times and have been told I have to wait for the points. None have came. I thought it had even gone up as high as 49k but i convinced myself I must have been mistaken… which is a constant pattern of their app “glitching” I have email proof as of Monday that my point balance was at 49914 points….

      ***** ** Red Roof Inn is a trashy dirty filthy dump I have pictures as proof there are other customer complaints as well and I made staff employees aware of this situation and nothing was done they used ignorance and ignorance please address this ongoing matter like I said I have pictures I did a ****** review and mu pictures are on my review ***** ** red roof inn ****** reviews
