            Giving a 1 star because I cannot give a 0 star review. Here are all of my compliants from working with this man. 1. His price is ridiculous compared to his quality of work, I had to redo several items he "put together" 2. He was completely unreliable when it came to scheduling, it was always a "I'll try to come out this day" and he never would and I had to constantly follow up to get him to show up. 3. He would never show up prepared to a job, every little project he had to run to Home Depot for more materials and would of course charge the time to pick up materials as well as missing out on time he could be working on the project. 4. He is not a man of his word, he promised a discounted hourly rate since I had several projects and when the first invoice came it was a higher rate and tried to slip it past me that he was charging me extra. 5. He might seem like a nice guy when you first meet him and he can fix your projects easily but do not trust him becuase underneath he is not a good man.
