            Been going there 2 years with two dogs. Accused of my dogs not being their patients. Didnt remove dew claws during a neuter and provided no feedback when I asked the receptionist to check with the vet she wouldnt. Didnt call me to tell me my dog was ready to pick up. Stopped in to ask about advice on eating habits, receptionist said we dont have any advice. Never asked the vet. Never activated my dogs chip or explained how. I was told I can figure it out. I had to call six times in a row right before closing time to see if I could pick my dog up yet post a spade. They never followed up on removing stitches I did it myself. No follow up on puppy vaccines I had to call and ask when they were due or even if more were needed. They are not invested in your pet.

            *****, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our services and our practice and that we have missed the **** for you. As a small practice we do everything we can to be present for our patients and provide service in a timely manner. We have made efforts to be reached and available multiple ways when our practice is open. We can be reach via email, text, social media and our practice app if our phone lines are tied up. We are going to do a better job of promoting these other ways, as we never want our pet owners to feel we are unreachable. You are right, we were unable to locate you in our system, however, we suspect maybe your patient account is listed under an alternate name or information. We would be happy to resolve your other concerns if you want to reach out to us.
