    Sue in the service department has absolutely atrocious customer service. She is rude, condescending and outright unhelpful. Eli on the other hand was a pleasure to work with 1 out of 3 times I tried to get my new Jeep in for an oil change. I requested the top manager of the service department to contact me in regards to the service I have received. We'll see if Sue will pass along the message, or maybe she'll tell me to go get my free oil change for buying a brand new jeep at the centerville location again for the 2nd time. Doesn't seem to like to assist people who don't purchase directly from their lot.

    We are sorry this customer feels this way she purchased her Jeep at a different local dealership other than ours we have tried to provide her service but we are unable to satisfy her so we referred her back to her selling dealer or the other local dealer she has dealt with for other service work. We take pride in our stores and are almost always the top of the Stellantis cxi customer approval but for some reason we have not been able to satisfy her she leaves bad reviews and surveys. So we have determined we are not the right store for her.

    This is not the case. I am a member of the Jeep Wave program and you refuse to do my free oil change and tire rotation at your location because I did not purchase from you. I bought the Jeep because Centerville had the color I wanted in stock and a year later moved 3 miles from your location. I have NEVER had service at the location I purchased my Jeep from and it makes logical sense to go to your location near where I live and pass 4x a day on my daily commute. The EGR valve was a recall on my Jeep 6 months after I purchased it. I was left stranded in the middle of the road because my Jeep turned off and would not go into gear for no.known reason at the time. Then the recall was issued and the ONLY DEALER I was allowed to take it to through the Jeep warranty was the closest one which was BEAVERCREEK because I was left stranded in Fairborn where I work. I don't know why you take Sue's poor customer service and lack of facts to heart when she NOR you or ANYONE at your dealership has honestly taken a look into your customer service issue. Bad reviews are left to inform the public of my experience which is my right and I will continue to leave them if this situation remains unresolved. You have lost a customer so far for life and I will continue to let the public know about my experience. Your lack of customer service in trying to make any resolution which is as simple as completing a basic Jeep Wave service is ridiculous and another example of how you do not care about your customers.
